New Race Director Added to Team at EPIC Canadian – Run for Canada

We are excited to formally announce a fantastic addition to the EPIC Volunteer Team for 2017, our new Race Director for the EPIC Canadian Run for Canada:

Now THAT’s an EPIC View!

A few of you already guessed from the teaser photo posted to Facebook last week, and yes, we are excited to announce someone that will need no introduction to many of you: Tim Duguay.

For those of you who don’t know Tim yet, he is one of the most tireless volunteers on Nova Scotia run scene.  Whether working on the multi-leg Rum Runners Relay, or up all night at the Cabot Trail Relay, race director of the Frostbite 5-Miler, helping in Barrington, or assisting in Cape Breton, Tim is setting out pylons, the sound system, often announcing at the line, and then packing the gear back up when all is done – oh, he often finds time to run the race too!

We look forward to working with Tim this year, and incorporating his energy and skills into the biggest year of the EPIC Canadian yet – our Canadian Sesquicentennial, and the EPIC Canadian 150!

PS  If you are not yet registered, might we suggest a Storm Day is an excellent opportunity!  Click HERE to register now.
